I recommend 1 lesson per month. I send through detailed notes about your session, how to approach the exercises, and technique adjustments with tips and reminders about where to focus your attention. This level of detail means that 1 month is a good amount of time to implement everything and practice in a structured way to see improvements before tackling other areas that we will cover in future sessions.
